Learn to Swim Levels 1-4 are designed for children ages 6 and up who have passed the previous level before them. (Preschool Aquatics is NOT a requirement to enter Learn to Swim Level 1, just the minimum age is enforced here).These classes are labeled as LTS 1, LTS 2, LTS 3, and LTS 4.

Learn to Swim Level 5 (students would still have needed to pass the Learn to Swim Level 4 course) will be offered starting AFTER Session 1. In Learn-to-Swim Level 5, our instructors follow a plan to refine all six swimming strokes including swimming for longer distances, introduce new water safety skills while building on ones previously learned and perform flip turns on the front and back. The expectations are higher now in regards to distance and quality. Each class is loaded with engaging and challenging activities / drills to build endurance and improve technique. This class is labeled as LTS 5.

Age requirement AND prior level completion MUST be met in order to participate in the level. Preschool Level 1 and Learn to Swim Level 1 do not have prior level completion requirements but DO HAVE age requirements.

If registering for multiple sessions, PLEASE keep in mind when registering that your child MUST pass the previous course in order to advance to the next course level. Also, by signing up for multiple sessions, you are holding spots that others can NOT sign up for. So please be sure the dates and times will work for your schedules and let us know if you are no longer able to participate in them as soon as possible. At some times, individuals may have to spend some time on a waiting list for an available spot. IT IS NOT UNCOMMON FOR STUDENTS TO REPEAT LEVELS, ESPECIALLY THROUGHOUT A SINGLE SUMMER!

Classes will NOT be made up for any cancelled days from issues such as weather, emergency pool maintenance, AFR's (accidental fecal releases), etc. We did swap the times of the PSA levels to help combat this from last summer.
